Time to shine: MFP leader Pita makes it to Time100 Next record

Move Forward Party (MFP) leader Pita Limjaroenrat has been included within the TIME100 Next record unveiled by the American information journal, Time. Time magazine recently released its annual TIME100 Next record, which aims to recognise people who’ve excelled in their respective fields and have had a big impression on and served as an inspiration to others of their communities.
This record features a hundred influential figures from numerous elements of the world, grouped into categories similar to artists, phenoms, innovators, leaders, and advocates.
Pita yesterday expressed his delight and excitement about being included in the listing on his Instagram account, @pita.ig.
“It is certainly an honour to be chosen as part of TIME100 Next by Time journal, alongside notable figures such because the President of the EU Parliament, the First Minister of Scotland, the Chief Minister of Sierra Leone, the mayors of Taipei, Monterey, and Kathmandu, as well as varied Japanese and US politicians. I hope that I could have the chance to journey to New York for the Time Gala and connect with Thai folks residing in the US.”

Pita’s recognition in Time 100 Next falls throughout the “Leader” category. The correspondent at Time, Charlie Campbell, mirrored on the forty two year previous MFP leader’s journey.
