In these contemporary times in which we reside in, it is very common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we are, in the era of abundance, having everything we can ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us access to endless amounts of information, any where tretinoin gel, any moment. Real food, that is basically vegetables and fruit, nutrition wise at the very least (as much would argue on the taste factor), may be the foundation of any healthy diet, not because it is so important and healthy to eat a well balanced diet with vegetables inside it, but simply since it is food. The others is not food. Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I am presently leading twelve fitness classes a week that change from step aerobics, balance and core work on the large stability ball, lifting weights, modified yoga and many classes that concentrate on functionality.
