AxFlow makes Danish acquisition

AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump provider to the chemical, meals and pharmaceutical industries and for water therapy and basic industrial purposes.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing brands together with Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. Trade secret is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has one other base in Rønde in Jutland.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group strategy to expand the product and repair offering in Denmark. Pumpegruppen has a strong buyer base and a sound growth potential,” stated Søren Weihrauch, CEO of AxFlow A/S.
Under the leadership of CEO and former owner Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will proceed to operate beneath its current identify while being a half of the AxFlow Group.
